The Company

A consultancy built on patience, paperwork, and trust.

We started in 2004 with a single Express Entry file and a borrowed desk in Mississauga. We now run immigration, international trade, and real-estate practices for clients across four continents — but the work is still done the same way: one file at a time, by people who answer their own phone.

AFB Trade & Services Inc. is an incorporated Canadian company headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, with operating partners in Dubai, Riyadh, and Karachi. We are registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants of Canada and hold the corporate registrations required to act on behalf of clients in Ontario and abroad.

Our clients are usually people in transition — professionals weighing emigration, founders extending operations across continents, families consolidating assets in a new country. We exist to make those transitions less stressful than they would otherwise be.

What We Believe

Four principles, applied without exception.

Honesty First

If your file is unlikely to succeed, we tell you before you sign. We would rather lose an engagement than start one we don't believe in.

Process & Paperwork

Immigration and trade are won on documents, not on charm. We treat every form as if it will be audited — because some are.

The Long Engagement

We stay in touch after landing. Our clients become our referrers, and many become friends. The relationship doesn't end at PR.

Two Cultures, One Standard

We work fluently in Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, and English. The level of professionalism is identical across every language.

Discretion

Files are handled by named partners, not anonymous case workers. Your information stays inside the firm.

No Success, No Fee*

For qualifying engagements, we only collect the success fee on approval. Our incentives are aligned with yours by design.

How We Work

From first call to landing, in four phases.

Assessment

A 45-minute confidential review of your situation, options, and the risks specific to your file. Written summary within one business day.

Strategy

We agree the route, the timeline, and the fee. You receive a written engagement letter, a milestone calendar, and a single point of contact.

Preparation

Documents are gathered, translated, and assembled. Every page is reviewed twice. We brief you for biometrics, interviews, or shipments.

Landing & After

Submission, monitoring, and post-decision support — banking setup, housing referrals, schooling lists, and quiet check-ins for a year.

Begin

Talk to a partner, not a sales desk.

A first conversation is free, confidential, and treated with the seriousness it deserves.
